Andantex Automatic Tension Control Systems

Overview:

The tension on the product is given by the weight applied on the dancer roll.  The digital controller automatically regulates the position of the roll, usually in the midpoint of the dancer travel.  As long as the dancer arm is in balance, constant tension is maintained on the product.

The load cells read the tension on the product.  The digital controller automatically regulates the tension on the product by comparing the tension set point and the measurement on the load cells.  These values are displayed on the DGT2000.
