Overview:

The DGT 2000, combined with a complete range of sensors, load cells, and Merobel's Electromagnetic Particle Brakes and Clutches provide open or closed loop web tension control solutions.

The DGT is very user friendly, with selectable language (English/French/German/Italian) and units, easy setup by PC based software and easy readout with large backlit display.

Advanced regulation capabilities:

  • Automatic P.I.D.

  • Open loop control by diameter measurement
  • Open loop control by diameter calculation
  • Position closed loop control (dancer systems)
  • Force closed loop control (load cell based systems)
  • Torque closed loop control (test rig systems)

  • Inertia compensation control
  • Smooth starting with programmable slope
  • E-stop torque proportional to the set point
  • Adjustable taper function
  • Non-stop web turret management
  • Built-in memory for five setups
  • Full Software Setup:  No trimmer adjustment, no dip switches, unlimited configurations in software
  • Compatible with any current load cell technology, convenient for one or two, half or full bridge load cells
  • Mounting on rear panel, front panel or on a DIN rail
  • Standard supply voltage by 24V AC or DC
  • CE/CEM compatible
